“Of Surviving and Living” is an interview project by students and graduates of the Institute for Theater, Film and Media Studies of the University of Vienna and the Archive of Theater, Film and Media Studies. In the interviews conducted in 2017, fourteen Jewish interlocutors talk about the experience of exclusion, anti-Semitism and the sudden loss of any livelihood that they had to experience as children.
